Returns & Returns fees

For orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK, PESO provides a free return label. For returns from these countries, a return fee is charged based on the type of return.

For a full return (all items returned), a fee of 5.90 in the respective local currency will be deducted from the refund amount.

For a partial return (at least one item kept), no fee will be charged.

For returns from other countries, PESO does not cover any costs. In these cases, customers must bear the return shipping expenses themselves.
