RETURN POLICY (GERMANY, AUSTRIA, THE NETHERLANDS, FRANCE, SWITZERLAND, AND THE UK):

Return Period

Orders may be canceled and returned within 14 days of receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping cost is 5.90 EUR and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exception: Refunds in the form of a gift card are free of charge (this option can be selected on the portal).
