• For orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK, you can create a return label via our returns portal within 14 days.
• Full return (all items are returned): 5.90 in the respective local currency will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
• Partial return (at least one item is kept): No return shipping costs
• For returns from other countries, PESO does not cover any costs. In these cases, customers must bear the return shipping expenses themselves.
