Delivery time

Due to the increased volume of orders on Black Friday, our shipping and return policies have changed.

Delivery time: 7 to 15 working days after receipt of order

Delivery before Christmas guaranteed (except pre-order orders).

Extended return period until December 31, 2024. The standard return period of 14 days after receipt still applies.

Pre-order orders will be shipped by the end of January at the latest.

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by e-mail.
