Returns & Returns fees

For orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK, PESO provides a free return label. For returns from these countries, a return fee is charged based on the type of return.

The return shipping costs are EUR 5.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

An exception applies to refunds in the form of vouchers. In this case, there are no return shipping costs. This option can be selected in the returns portal.

For returns from other countries, PESO does not cover any costs. In these cases, customers must bear the return shipping expenses themselves.
