Delivery time
Due to the increased volume of orders on Black Friday, our shipping and return policies have changed.
Delivery time: 7 to 15 working days after receipt of order
Delivery before Christmas guaranteed (except pre-order orders).
Extended return period until December 31, 2024. The standard return period of 14 days after receipt still applies.
Pre-order orders will be shipped by the end of January at the latest.

Returns
You can cancel orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands or the United Kingdom within 14 days of receipt and return them to us free of charge.
